The apartment, consisting of two communicating rooms, but also with independent entrances from the outside, and therefore if necessary n. 2 independent rooms - is an ideal structure for a family with teenage children, but also for one or two couples of lovers, or friends, or four friends.
Grande, silenziosa e comoda la camera da letto con armadio a 2 ante in legno di rovere, una una smart TV 32″, 2 posa valigie, specchio e scrittoio con sedia. Il tutto privo di spigoli per la sicurezza di grandi e piccini.
Da qui accesso diretto alla corte comune, tramite un infisso protetto da cancelletto di sicurezza; la camera è dotato di una tenda pienamente oscurante per un riposo sereno.
Velocissima la connessione internet wi-fi gratuita, per la piena soddisfazione di chi deve lavorare in smart working, cosa che si può fare anche all’aperto nella corte comune attrezzata di tavolini e sedie di pertinenza della struttura.

Soggiorno con comodo divano letto matrimoniale (largo 140 cm con materasso alto 18 cm), tavolino e 4 sedie. Anche in questa camera e presente una tenda totalmente oscurante, qui con comando elettrico.

If, on the other hand, you have a car, as far as the possibility of parking is concerned, you can do it completely free of charge, in the adjacent public streets.
